The story takes the player from the
prosperous world famous Miami, Florida to picturesque Nice on France's affluent
Riviera; and from there to the dramatic and ancient city of
Istanbul, spanning across both Europe and Asia.

Tanner teams up with his French counterparts,
as they try to figure out who the cars on their way to.
